A few question

I have a few questions

1- Does the Dark Elf Bow have higher hitting prob?
2- Is there a possibility to lose an item that is being enchanted?
3- What is the God Scroll of 90 manufacturing?
4-what is the drop rate of green balls?
5- If we donate, do the ball points get added automatically right after we donate or do we have to wait until you log in so that you add them?
6- Does DEX affect the hitting probability of bows? by how much?
7-You have had this server for such a long time, but it is always empty of almost empty, why do you still have it? what are your plans?
8-Why is there that restriction of 2 accounts per IP? If one would want to level manufacture, he will need a good 10+ accounts to store all the materials since the warehouse space is limited. A solution would be to make a better warehouse system and unlimited or with a very high limit.

I know I ask alot but I like the server and I am wondering where it is going.

1- Dark elf does not have higher hitting prob but higher damage.
2- you cannot lose items in enchanting
3- God scroll is a massive combination of spells you can cast in any x y cords of the map you are in.
4- Green ball drop rate is the same as xelima stone i think the calculation is (12% of the 11% Armor drop rate) I calculated about a 1.35% chance to drop any ball or xelima or merian stones.
5- if you donate you would have to wait for me to add the points. Automatic point adding is not active yet.
6- Dex does effect your hitting prob for bows (Dex will effect your hitting probe in any class)
7- I keep working on the server because I enjoy developing the game.f
8- account restriction is mainly for security purposes.

The main server is going to have awards and some other features that are planned.
The plan is to turn the game in to more of a community, to create more interaction with the character and other players.
Helbreath prophecy will shortly be releasing some new (Mods) - (Mods) will be multiple games that can be hosted privately by players.
The point of mods is almost like events in other servers; but could turn into almost a completely different game, and hosted on demand by the players.

Is the Dark Elf Bow for 104 str or it is lowered here?

Also, Am I safe to assume that an archer should have 200 chr, 52 str, zerk if chosen, 50 dex and everything else on vit? or more dex would be needed for PVE?

Dark elf bow is for 52 str full swing.

and that build would be ok for archer but Dex does give you hitting probability and Defence ratio.
for good pvp I would suggest 52str 200dex 200char rest on vit
