Hello All ! First, I am Very glad to de this server back online.
The MR manual does nothing, it is not raising the MR skill to 20%

i think it just does it to 3% or whatever the default is. Manual for MR really isnt used unless for some reason you set MR and a (Down) skill when you have more then 7 max skills . I think its 7 max skills is the limit.
