Question on Account Limitation for admin

Hi, I live with 2 of my cuzins and we want to play in this server. However, the website only allows us to open 2 accounts per ip, so there is one of my cuzins who isn't able to play with us. Could this be changed? I send this same msg through the contact us interface on the website, but i didnt get any confirmation of it working properly so I'm writing to you through the forum.

Please let me know if this can be resolved
