Not a bug?

but there's not really a section for tech problems, or just "general"
so when I go to start the game, I get a prophecyb1.exe - system error:
api-ms-win-shcore-scaling-l1-1-1.dll is missing
not finding info on what i'm missing (win7 x64)
not a huge fan of just picking dll's off the dll sites and plugging them in, would rather just find out what i'm missing generally

Released a new (Test) Client that migrates to a newer rendering API that is supported by windows 7+. after windows 7 we utilized a ddraw wrapper that really isn't that affective. This new (Test) Client is migrated to directx that is supported by windows 7+.
