Shield Skill[resolved]

Seems the skills do raise to well..   I stayed in pit and never bumped up on my mage.  still at 20%

Also on the regen of the stam seems slow,  maybe its me but I don't know if all the other health and mana is based on that stam, if so there is little regen.

I seemed to remember it regens faster in the old days..

I still have not been able to raise my shield from 20%.

I bought another manual and that done nothing either..
