After acheieving Rank "Private" i cant access the rank skill side menu or character information along with gail i cant request the train option... have relogged etc and bug continues to be persistent.
Also found another bug with recalling and exiting Promiseland that the server continues to show the trying to connect to server pop up.
****UPDATE****
After closing the client and reopening the client gail allows you to access the "Train" option once again.
Character information and Rank skill in the side bar works as well.
